This June Digital Lobby will celebrate 3 years operating and managing the wifi experience for the Chicago Park District. Within these past 3 years, we have grown this network beyond the beaches and into Museum Campus as well as Buckingham Fountain. In 3 years we have tracked over 26 million visitors to our wifi zones!

Digital Lobby has installed and activated a FREE Public WiFi Network in Naperville, for 8 Naperville Park District facilities, including (Fort Hill, Centennial Beach ^& Rotary Hill). This new public network will allow residents and visitors to use a free high speed wifi network within their leisure activities!

Digital Lobby has launched a simple new temporary wifi deployment solution for tradeshows and brand activations for challenging deployments where wired bandwidth is difficult to access. Our new solution uses cellular modems for the bandwidth that plug into the access points to distributed high speed WiFi throughout any event. This all in one solution contains both units on one stand and can be deployed in minutes. WiFi stands allow for increased flexibility in network tuning, allowing network administrators to quickly and efficiently overcome any network deficiencies!

Digital Lobby has released a System Wide Security Enhancement upgrading the SSL certificate from single-domain to wildcard allowing DLM increased security and faster testing and deployment of new features. This enhancement also helps solve for a common issue of the user getting an SSL certificate errors when logging in, which will increase user participation.

Digital Lobby again provided the Wifi Experience at WISPALOOZA, the premier fixed-wireless broadband conference in the country. Wifi was provided throughout all areas of the event for the over 140 exhibitors and 1400 attendees throughout all the conference rooms. The show totaled over 2400 logins for the 5 day event. This year’s conference was held at The Rio in Las Vegas.

Digital Lobby installed their hospitality program “Live Connect” in one of Chicago’s iconic restaurants, Carson’s for Ribs! Our “Live Connect” program provides smaller venues a hands-free loyalty marketing program that integrates within a wifi network. Carson’s for Ribs in only a few months of operating this program, has seen their customer loyalty list grow over 100%.

Digital Lobby provided the Wifi Experience at the annual WISPA conference, the premier fixed-wireless broadband conference in the country. Wifi was provided throughout the event in both the exhibitors area as well as all conference rooms and received over 3100 logins during the 3 day event. This year’s conference was held at the Memphis Cook Convention Center had over 700 attendee's classes and seminars for WISP operators worldwide

Digital Lobby integrates with Samsung Wireless access points and will now be available to network operators who currently install the new line of Samsung wireless equipment.

Digital Lobby is now active and is the wifi experience at the Museum Campus in Chicago. Museum Campus is a 57-acre park in Chicago that sits alongside Lake Michigan and encompasses five of the city's most notable attractions: the Adler Planetarium, America's first planetarium; the Shedd Aquarium; the Field Museum of Natural History; Soldier Field, home of the NFL Chicago Bears football team; and the Lakeside Center of McCormick Place. Museum Campus sits adjacent to Northerly Island along the waterfront.
