Carol’s background includes professional marketing and brand management experience within the retail industry. Prior to EA, she worked at The Container Store’s headquarters in marketing and community relations, where she developed and implemented brand strategy through various online and traditional communication platforms. Carol successfully planned and coordinated a multi-faceted grand opening marketing strategy for seven new markets inclusive of online presence and both private and public events. She also led a cross-functional team to deliver seamless consumer experiences and drive brand awareness through social media, corporate giving, digital strategies and relationship management. Her work experience and academic focus in Corporate Communications has given her a firm foundation in organizational, nonverbal and interpersonal communications.
