Mary Alice Cohen has a Master's Degree in Education from the University of San Francisco, and serves as the MIECHV Program Manager at the Colorado Department of Human Services in the Office of Early Childhood. Mary Alice has 20 years of experience working in programs serving young children and their families. Mary Alice is currently managing an innovative federal grant designed to move families out of poverty more quickly by providing wrap around services including family support and parenting education through home visiting, high quality child care, GED and community college courses, financial literacy and budgeting, and concrete supports such as food, electricity, health insurance, etc.
