Jamie Walker has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, more than 20 years focused on developing, implementing and maintaining statewide child support systems. Jamie is the Managing Director of Accenture's North America Child Support industry practice. She has worked in the States of New Mexico, California, Texas, Tennessee, Maryland, Georgia, Massachusetts and the province of Ontario. Ms. Walker drives Accenture's investment priorities to implement innovative solutions to improve the service provided to children and their families. She was instrumental in implementing Accenture's patented interactive, web-based self service portals for child support constituents. She has engaged usability experts to focus on service design that focuses on family outcomes and not just technology solutions. She also drives continued improvement to the Foundation for Accenture Child Support Enforcement Solutions (FACSES) which provides a repository of purpose-build child support application components to jumpstart a State's development efforts to bring an innovative, yet proven solution to provide industry best practices to the child support community.
