Mr. Dolly has nearly 30 years of IT experience, with over 15 years of health IT experience. Mr. Dolly is a Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), and currently serves as the State of West Virginia's Coordinator for Health Information Technology (HIT) Initiatives. Mr. Dolly is also a member of two national technology groups: the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) MITA Data Governance Board and the State Technology Advisory Group (STAG), where he is the chair.
