Paul Hencoski is a Partner with KPMG LLP and serves as the U.S. Lead Partner of the Firm's Government Health and Human Services Practice. He focuses significantly on coordinating KPMG's analysis of national trends, development of methodologies, and delivery of services in the health and human services domain. He has experience with a number of programs including TANF, SNAP, Medicaid, Child Welfare, Child Support, and Subsidized Child Care and is a nationally recognized subject matter leader regarding implementation of provisions of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) of 2010. Some of the current initiatives Paul has executive oversight responsibility for include KPMG's projects assisting states with initiatives to modernize and integrate their health and social services. In addition, he has served the City of New York for more than 15 years on a variety of ground breaking transformation efforts and is currently assisting the Human Resources Administration with an initiative to modernize the way benefits are delivered to clients.
