Fintan leads the delivery of all Diona Mobility implementations for Diona. With more than 12 years of experience, Fintan has delivered IT solutions for Health and Human Services agencies around the world, including the integration of mobile solutions for agency workers and clients. As an engineer with Cúram Software, Fintan developed enterprise software for agency collaboration, better client engagement, and outcome-focused program delivery. As one of the first employees of Diona, Fintan has pioneered the design and delivery of citizen-centric services through mobile devices and has acted in a leadership role as Diona continues to expand its product and consulting capabilities.   Fintan has been experimenting with and producing mobile software since the earliest days of the technology when he began tinkering with text-based WAP sites and writing music software for blocky PDAs. He is passionate about the space where technology meets social service delivery, and has unsurpassed experience developing client-facing social services systems.   Fintan holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Dublin City University, and, being a true Irishman, lives in New York City.
