Alicia Hooton is the Executive Director of Crisis Services for Seneca Family of Agencies, overseeing Crisis Stabilization Units in Alameda and Ventura Counties, Partial Hospital Programs, and Short-Term Residential Treatment Programs. Under Ms. Hooton's leadership, Seneca's Crisis Services replicated its successful Alameda County Crisis Stabilization Unit, Willow Rock, and opened a new facility in Ventura County in 2016. Since 2008, Ms. Hooton has worked at Seneca in a variety of roles, including as a Wraparound Supervisor and Program Director of a Community Treatment Facility. Ms. Hooton received her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, and Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Whitworth University.
