As the Chief Operations Officer, Mrs. Spates provides the overall management of the human and social services division for NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center Inc. Her duties include budget development and control, monthly, quarterly & fiscal year-end and other reports/financial statements, records, statistical reports, etc. as needed. She supervises and evaluates agency's program staff and operations through direct observation and analysis of department performance, ensuring department's achievement of stated goals and objectives. She also plans and implements program objectives along with development of, innovative tools to measure program results in accordance with organizational goals and objectives. Mrs. Spates has over twenty years of experience working in the public sector in the areas of housing, education and social and human services. Kimberly has a Master's Degree in Public Administration, Non-Profit Management from Metropolitan State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Texas A&M.
