Tamara Conley received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Colorado in Education and currently serves as the project manager at the Community College of Aurora for the US Department of Labor Strengthening working Families Initiative grant. She is responsible for the grant implementation, strategic partnership management, convening of key stakeholders, data tracking, fiscal management, and grant reporting. Tamara also leads a team of coaches and navigators who provide day-to-day support, utilizing the 2 gen approach, to ensure the parent is successful through every stage of the academic, childcare and job placement process, enriching the lives of the parent, their family, their community and the workforce.
