Brian Keltch is the Director of Enterprise Applications & Development at the University of Arkansas Little Rock where he is responsible for providing leadership for effective application deployment and support throughout the University. His team proactively works with UA Little Rock business units to develop and deliver a strategic and comprehensive portfolio that meets UA Little Rock's ongoing and evolving business and IT requirements. He leads the Enterprise Applications, Development, Project and Business Analyst teams with overall responsibility for technology application portfolio strategy, planning and deployment of integration and unifying technologies.
Previously he was the Arkansas program manager for Northrop Grumman Information Systems. Where he responsible for managing and delivering information technology products and services to the State of Arkansas Department of Human Services, and directed a team of 120 staff members. Specifically, he lead advance data warehousing, decision support, master data management and improved IT service delivery initiatives for human services clients in the areas of Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Care Vouchers, and Child Welfare.
Keltch earned his master's degree in system engineering/software engineering from Southern Methodist University, and is completing his doctorate in integrated computing/computer science at the University of Arkansas Little Rock. He has his Program Management Professional, IT Infrastructure Library and Certified Scrum Master certifications.
