Penni has an effervescent personality and loves boxer dogs. As an IT Manager, for the State of Utah, she is responsible for the eligibility and enrollment system and has worked for the state for 26 years. Throughout her career, she has held many different positions such as, Welfare Fraud Investigator, Quality Control Analyst and an IT Analyst Supervisor. Although all each of her positions are very different, her favorite was being a Welfare Fraud Investigator. Currently Penni manages 19 state staff and 26 contractors with an annual budget of $12.5 million. When she is not managing her peeps, she loves to feel the warm sun beating down on her as she sips an ice cold beverage in the Caribbean.
