Vincent Deberry serves as the Executive Director at the OU Center for Public Management. His role has two main areas of focus. First, growing and maintaining strategic partnerships between the University and government agencies to make positive impacts every day in a wide variety of areas. Two, creating and supporting a thriving culture of engagement, empowerment and creativity for the staff at the Center for Public Management to innovate, lead and serve in these partnerships.
