Joanna Ain is a Senior Policy Manager on the Government Affairs team at CFED. In this role, she focuses on issues around financial integration, financial security in the workplace and safety net programs. Joanna comes to CFED after six years at Housing Corporation of Arlington, a nonprofit community development corporation in Arlington, Massachusetts. There, Joanna implemented Arlington's Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program with federal stimulus money and managed the organization's fundraising, marketing and policy work. Joanna was also the co-chair of both Massachusetts Association of Community Development Corporations' Policy Committee and Somerville-Arlington Homeless Providers. Joanna holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Cornell University
