Emily Moore, MPH is a Senior Analyst for Health Transformation at ASTHO. Since joining the team in May 2016, she has helped managed the health transformation portfolio, including work on payment and delivery reform, Medicaid and public health partnerships, telehealth, and informatics. Previously, Emily worked at AcademyHealth with a focus on patient-centered outcomes research and informatics. Emily received her MPH in health management and policy from the University of Michigan and her BA in public health from Johns Hopkins University.
