Rebecca Bruno, MPM, is Director of Policy and Regulatory Affairs for Cognosante where she supports business development and growth as well as solution development efforts. She has more than 15 years of health policy and operations experience, working for state and federal government, national and local organizations representing community-based providers and beneficiaries of public health care programs. Prior to joining Cognosante, Rebecca worked in the Division of Eligibility, Enrollment and Outreach in the Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) where she was instrumental in the development of streamlined Medicaid and CHIP eligibility and enrollment rules, development and operations of HealthCare.gov and the Federal Data Services Hub, and Medicaid and CHIP eligibility and enrollment implementation in states. Rebecca holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Boston University and master's degree in Political Management from the George Washington University.
