Jeanne manages the development and implementation of data warehouse/business intelligence projects for Optum government clients in the State of Michigan. Specifically, she directs a team of technical and analytic staff who provide innovative business intelligence solutions for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services' Medicaid, health, and human service related programs. She has more than 25 years of health and human services information technology and client management expertise, which includes strategic discussions with agency executives, long-term IT planning with government clients, and day-to-day operations management of critical projects. She has also played a key role in assisting State of Michigan executives in the development of a business intelligence/data warehouse roadmap. Jeanne has a Masters Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University.
