With more than 25 years of experience and leadership in the industry, Holli was the first private sector individual to serve as President of the National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA), a not-for-profit organization of child support professionals from across the globe. Other civic and professional positions include: Chair of the Corporate Leadership Council, National Association of State CIOs; Director, Center for Innovative Technology, Commonwealth of Virginia; Board Member of ITAA/TechAmerica State and Local Group; Chair, Greater Reston Arts Center and Board Member Reston Chamber of Commerce (Virginia). Holli joined CGI from Unisys where she held senior leadership roles in global public sector. Prior positions were with DynCorp, Lockheed Martin IMS, as well as serving eight years in state and local government, including the role of Director of the Alaska Child Support Department, Alaska Medicaid Rate Commission Chair, West Bay Health Planning Agency. In this capacity she received an Award of Excellence from the US Department of Health and Human Services. Holli holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from George Washington University, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Golden Gate University School of Law, receiving a book award in constitutional law.
