
Kenneth Jackson is the Customer Services Operations Manager for the Lexus Western Area. He is responsible for all customer experience, fixed operations and customer retention for the 64 Lexus dealers in the western U.S. In his previous role of Vehicle Operations Manager, he was responsible for all aspects of vehicle sales operations, including marketing, production, distribution and training. He successfully led the Western Area and Lexus to record volume levels and successful launches of key products. He has played a key role in Lexus’ growth with attracting an increased number of multicultural, women and youthful buyers to the brand.
