Bryan Grove is an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant with the American Public Human Services Association (APHSA). APHSA's Organizational Effectiveness (OE) practice serves to assist state & local governments to become more effective and efficient by helping them to focus on addressing root causes impacting community well-being. Bryan's role has focused on translating and assisting organizations and communities to use the Human Services Value Curve for assessment and identifying strategic direction. Prior to APHSA, Bryan worked with the State of MS as a program director for the Childcare Subsidy Program and an internal OE facilitator. Bryan came to human services with backgrounds in international and local community development with a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington in Sustainable Community Development and a Master's degree from Jackson State University in Urban Planning with an emphasis on Community Development and Housing.
