
Erin Oldham, Senior Research Associate at University of Southern Maine, is a researcher and evaluator with over 25 years' experience in multiple fields impacting child and family well-being including Early Care and Education, Domestic Violence, Child Welfare, K-12 and Post-Secondary Education, Youth Development, Self-Sufficiency, and Early Intervention. Erin specializes in working in partnership with organizations to enhance their programming and the intended impact on children and families. She is highly skilled at making data and research accessible, practical, and meaningful to clients through training, technical assistance, and evaluation assistance. Her aim is to build the capacity of others to collect, understand, and utilize meaningful information to effect change. Erin is a statistician and methodologist on small and large evaluations. Erin is a compassionate mentor and has built two companies that thrived through strong, skilled staff. Her greatest skills are adaptability, flexibility and empathy. Erin has a Ph.D. in Psychological Studies in Education from UCLA and is currently the director of The Data Innovation Project at Muskie School of Public Service within the University of Southern Maine.
