Chad Anderson serves as Chief Clinical Officer of KVC Health Systems where he oversees all clinical services that the organization provides to children and families across the U.S. He also provides leadership for the KVC Institute for Health Systems Innovation which uses neuroscience, technology and evidence-based practices to transform the experience of childhood for all children. Anderson began working for KVC as a residential therapist and intake social worker in 1999. In 2002, he advanced to a clinical treatment supervisor, where he served as lead clinician for in-home evaluations and treatment. He became Permanency Director and Director of Assessments in 2005 and managed in-home assessments for KVC's Kansas service region. In 2007, he became Director of Kansas Outpatient Clinical Services, overseeing, optimizing and standardizing all aspects of outpatient therapy. In 2009, he was promoted to Director of Clinical Services for KVC Hospitals, Inc., where he managed all aspects of clinical services at Prairie Ridge Hospital and PRTF. Anderson became Vice President of Clinical Services for KVC Behavioral Healthcare Kansas in 2011 and in 2012, Anderson was appointed President of KVC Behavioral Healthcare Kansas where he helped build a child welfare system that is safe, secure and stable. In 2015, Anderson was appointed Chief Clinical Officer of KVC Health Systems. With his extensive experience working with children and families, Anderson has been integral in KVC's expansion of the Reintegration/Foster Care/Adoption and Family Preservation into a 30 county area of Eastern Kansas. We believe these advancements and Anderson's focus on quality and excellence will help KVC exceed the expectations of all who come to know us. Anderson received his B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, and his M.S.W. with a specialization in mental health from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
