As FEI Workforce Resilience's Business Solutions Engineer, Raquelle is responsible for helping organizations within the mental health and human services industries determine and implement a holistic crisis management system. Raquelle is also responsible for the delivery of workplace violence prevention, leadership development, and crisis management trainings. She is experienced in reviewing current training, policies and procedures to identify gaps and work with clients towards a solution. In 2016, Raquelle has presented at the National At Risk Education Network (NAREN) Annual Conference, Voluntary Protection Programs Participants' Association (VPPPA) Region IV Safety & Health Excellence Conference and the National Staff Development and Training Association (NSDTA) Annual Professional Institute. She has presented interactive workshops, taught train the trainer courses, and conducted audience engaging webinars.
