Maria Cristalli serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Hillside Family of Agencies. She has over 25 years experience in strategy, quality improvement, and evaluation in human service organizations. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Masters in Public Health from the University of Rochester, School of Medicine and Dentistry. In addition, she serves as a Research Associate at the Buffalo Center for Social Research at UB, advisor to the Health Care Business Academy Fellowship program and a Board Member of the Council of Family and Child Caring Agencies, the NYS Coalition for Children's Behavioral Health, Person Centered Services, Western New York and the Children's Health Home of Upstate New York.
