Bob analyzes, defines and manages the execution of comprehensive, integrated Health and Human Services (HHS) market and sales strategies for the Oracle Public Sales organization, and provides domain expertise in major HHS programs including Medicaid, child welfare, child support enforcement and integrated eligibility. Prior to joining Oracle, he was a vice president for CGI in their national healthcare practice, after spending 20+ years in a variety of senior leadership roles in Massachusetts state government, including CIO of the Massachusetts Health Connector.
