Kevin Burt is an Assistant Director with the Department of Workforce Services Eligibility Services Division and has been with the Department for 15 years. He was the Business Owner of the Utah Medicaid Affordable Care Act project; responsible for making Utah's Medicaid eligibility system compliant with the mandatory ACA changes. He is currently over the eligibility policy, procedures, legislative work, training and audit for the multiple programs determined by Utah's integrated eligibility system; including SNAP, Medicaid, CHIP, TANF, Child Care, and various other state programs.
