Josh is the Bureau Chief for Automation Integration within Idaho's Department of Health and Welfare, Self-Reliance Programs Division. He has filled critical leadership roles in Idaho's in-house technology and software development activities over the past 4 years. Over the past 6 years he has filled operational and support positions in the Idaho Child Support Program. He is an avid champion of the Agile Software development methodology and ensures a close coordination with operational readiness for all automated functionality. Prior to joining the State of Idaho, he worked in the private sector and served for 4 years as an officer in the US Coast Guard. Josh has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California Santa Barbara, and resides in Boise with his wife and 3 sons.
